Harmonic Singing

Sound, Consciousness, and Transformation

The Healing Power of the Voice

Harmonic Singing is a vocal technique through which two or more notes can be heard simultaneously and sustained during exhalation. By subtly modifying the oral cavity and nasal resonators, higher-pitched tones emerge — as if flutes were layered over the natural voice.
Originating in Mongolia, it was the chant of shamans who used it to connect with the spirits of Nature.
The beauty of this chant produces a clear healing effect, both for the one who emits it and for the one who listens. The vibration generated by harmonics harmonises the energetic, physical, and emotional structure. It activates the brain glands and stimulates the production of endorphins, resulting in a deep state of physical and mental relaxation, leading to serenity, joy, and inner peace.
About the Instructor

Ângelo Surinder

Ângelo Surinder is a trainer and facilitator with a journey deeply rooted in sensitive listening, direct experience, and the integration of spirituality, art, and consciousness. From an early age, he revealed an expanded perception of energy and the unseen, which led him to seek paths of expression beyond conventional models.
His journey has included the performing arts, community living, and ancestral practices connected to Nature — experiences that shaped a holistic vision of the human being and paved the way for his work with sound as a universal language of transformation.
More than transmitting techniques, Ângelo guides processes of deep transformation, inviting each participant to develop a conscious, ethical, and intuitive relationship with sound.
